- HOW DO WE WORK? In most of our services we use the same process which is:
- HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE? We work based on project at your request and we can email you a price. see list
- HOW DO I PAY? You can pay with Paypal, or mail us a check.
- CAN I CANCEL AND GET MY MONEY BACK? Yes, but only at Part 1 of the project. You can cancel a project up to the middle stage

PART 1: submission of project from client.
PART 2: After questions and gathering information from client we develop a
first set
of sketches; we give you 2-3 options per sketch to client for review.
PART 3: Submission of sketches for client to review. After reviewing and comments
from client, we will revise it.
PART 4: Artwork submission for FINAL approval. Upon approval we make a disk and
samples if applicable. In case of a Website we need to get a final approval for the,
complete website layout before going through the computer engineer for developing.
If there are some changes after approval charges will be apply.
We request a 20% of total project as a deposit fee at the beginning of project.
At the time of project completion the full payment needs to be paid.

(part 3) but there will be a
cancellation fee. If the project is been completed you cannot
cancel and
there will be no money back,
and the full payment for the project needs
to paid in full. Artwork and programming
are
done manually by hand and is consider
LABOR; and there is NO REFUNDS
or RETURNS.
We can revise your project but if you gave us a final approval there
will be a fee.
